Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous check-in and check-out services.
Reservations: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and in-person requests.
Guest Inquiries: Respond to questions about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless stay.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in 3 star or four star Hotels
Experience: 2 years of working expereince
