The Senior Planning & Reporting Expert is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, financial forecasts, and performance reports. Duties and Responsibilites:
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's goals.
Conduct economic analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
Prepare financial reports, budget plans, and performance analysis.
Track financial performance and recommend cost-effective strategies.
Collect and analyze data to measure the performance of projects and programs.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for effective data visualization.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights.
Provide clear and concise reports to senior management and external partners.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, or in a related field of study
Experience: 6 years for Master's and 8 years for Bachelor's Degree
Manufacturing experience is preferable
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of international economic policies and trends.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
MA or BA Degree in Economics, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience. out of which 3 years work experience in NGO environment or development related field, preferably in a child-focused and family support program context.
