We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sanitary Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and participating in sanitation activities, including the collection and disposal of waste, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring safe working practices. This role involves leading a team, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining public spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate sanitary and plumbing works at the construction site

• Ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of water and drainage systems

• Inspect and test plumbing systems to detect leaks and malfunctions

• Manage a team of plumbers and ensure compliance with project timelines

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality control measures

• Maintain records of work completed and report progress to project managers

Job Requirement:

• Education: Diploma or certificate in Plumbing, Sanitary Engineering, or a related field

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sanitary and plumbing works, preferably in construction building projects

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage, and sewage systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Experience in supervising plumbing teams and ensuring quality workmanship

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in sanitary installation
