MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Location: Addis Ababa & Various Project Sites Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinating workshop logistics: scheduling, setup of technical equipment (audio, computers, online platforms), registration management, and communication with hosts and facilitators. - Ensuring workshop materials are printed, shipped, and available. - Managing workshop databases, records, and reporting. - Supporting health, safety, and operational functions within physical workshop spaces.

BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Participating in the trial process, recording the quality problems found in the process of testing, reviewing and discussing the confirmation to improve the quality. - Participating in the trial production process to confirm the stage of trial and error to put forward the improvement of the problem; according to the actual situation and QC and FQC test results to determine the test item of NPI models and draw the action plan for the improvement of quality problem.

BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and execute scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service whenever necessary.  - Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.  - Refer to equipment manuals and standard operating procedures to perform required maintenance and service.
