Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilites:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for vehicles and machinery.
Oversee inspections, repairs, and servicing of company-owned vehicles and machinery.
Manage the department’s budget, optimizing maintenance costs while ensuring high-quality servicing.
Supervise and lead maintenance teams, including mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure all vehicles and machinery meet local regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to align maintenance with business needs.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Auto-Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Automechanics, Service & Engine Mechanics, Automotive Servicing Operation Management or in a related field of study
Experience: 10 years for Master's and 14 years for Bachelor's Degree
