Duties and Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for vehicles and machinery.

• Oversee inspections, repairs, and servicing of company-owned vehicles and machinery.

• Manage the department’s budget, optimizing maintenance costs while ensuring high-quality servicing.

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams, including mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

• Ensure all vehicles and machinery meet local regulatory requirements and safety standards.

• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to align maintenance with business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Auto-Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Automechanics, Service & Engine Mechanics, Automotive Servicing Operation Management or in a related field of study

• Experience: 10 years for Master's and 14 years for Bachelor's Degree
