Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Management or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilites: - Assisting the hiring manager or resourcing and recruitment team with recruitment duties. - Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements. - Communicating with the HR team. - Posting job vacancies on social media, job sites and use printed version for specific skilled, semi skilled and DL roles. - Tracking open positions using recruiting software (where applicable) or using internal trackers. - Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate CVs.

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Public Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in a construction company /Worked in projects as an HR Duties & Responsibilities: - Interacts with many different people within the project site, including site crew members, supervisors and accounting/finance representative - Reports directly to head office HR Admin and Advisor with a dotted line to the site project manager. - Collects and enters numerous sets of data, including new joiners end to end information regularly and submits for head office HR - Plays a key role in the implementation of new employee induction/orientation programs. - When the company hires new site staff / laborers, for instance, the site HR Administrator will organize a session to induct new joiners about the company, its vision and values, roles and responsibilities, on the project’s regulations and working conditions etc.

PhD, Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and implement the company's existing HR management system, ensure that daily work is executed in an orderly manner and implemented in accordance with regulations, and maintain the company's authority. - Responsible for the recruitment of all local employees, complete the recruitment tasks within the specified time, and be responsible for the results. - Responsible for training local employees and tracking the results. The training includes but is not limited to company culture, factory disciplines, relevant laws and regulations, and customer compliance requirements. - Assist other departments to handle employee complaints and improve employee relations to ensure that daily work and production are not affected and there are no major strikes.
