Under Regional OPERATION DIVISION HEAD, BRANCH OPERATION OFFICER is responsible to perform the branch/central district operational tasks for smooth execution & transportation of shipments, which includes collection of Deliver Orders, coordination with couriers, branch/central district operational team and other stakeholders, record keeping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor operation coordination facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality on a daily basis.
Investigate potential performance issues and addresses with Business Contacts and Authorized Officers.
Review inaccuracies in generated reports & ensure errors are corrected in appropriate systems
Investigate customer service complaints to include disputed deliveries, missing packages, early and late pickups, etc.
Investigate and report AHUNUNU's operation schedule delays, accidents and equipment failures and implements contingency plans which ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an en-route trailer breakdown or accident.
Ensure apparent sound packing of goods and proper labelling of each branch operation office box.
Maintain strong coordination with branch operations team for smooth execution of shipments.
Receive branch operation office orders from various channels, agents & customers and Quotation to current and potential customers.
Job Requirements:
Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply chain Management and any business related filed.
Experience: A Minimum of 1 years of experience in any logistics operation in the company.
