Master's/Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR, Management, Economics,  Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate letters of appointment and contracts are issued in a timely and efficient manner. - Support the Division Head of HR Recruitment and Placement in designing and delivering Recruitment and Selection training to staff across the organization. -  Liaise with managers on Probation and Fixed Term Contracts procedures.
