Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Workplace Location: Welete Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent. - Develop workforce planning and succession pipelines aligned with business growth. - Optimize recruitment channels, employer branding, and selection methodologies. - Ensure recruitment KPIs are tracked, analyzed, and continuously improved. - Design and implement structured onboarding, induction, and continuous learning programs. - Conduct training needs assessments and translate gaps into targeted development plans. - Coordinate internal and external trainings to build technical, leadership, and soft skills. - Measure training effectiveness and ROI to ensure business relevance. - Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance motivation, retention, and productivity. - Lead performance management processes and support line managers in people leadership. - Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.

TVET Level IV in Human Resource Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Leadership or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years relevant HR experience, preferably in construction. Location: Addis Ababa Projects
