Job Description
We are a freight forwarding and logistics service company dedicated to providing efficient and innovative solutions to our clients. Our team is passionate about delivering excellence in supply chain management and transportation services.
We are seeking a careful and dedicated employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling all financial related works.
Salary: As per agreement
Prepare coding and journal entries for cash receipt, cash sales, credit sales, and payments to other Peachtree accounting system.
Prepare cash sales and credit sales invoices in a sales machine and reconcile with z-report
Prepare government taxes and reconcile with ledger
Collect bank statement and advices and reconcile with ledger
Participates the periodic and annual inventory count of the company
Make sure all important and necessary financial supporting document are properly attached with CPV or CRV if not follow-up until it fulfilled
Prepared financial position of the company every three month
Perform other activities assigned by the company
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in a related field of study
Expereince: 3 years of relevant work experience (Applicants who worked Freight forwarding and logistics industry highly appreciated)
We give priority for candidates who can start work immediately after interview
Knowledge of Peachtree accounting and Sales machines must and ERP system is a plus
