Job Description
ATTA Trading Plc is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Corporate Manager to oversee the overall management of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our company's management and assessment processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and management of the company’s operations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve company efficiency and productivity.
Oversee the assessment process to enhance performance and decision-making.
Ensure alignment of corporate objectives with operational activities.
Foster a strong corporate culture and lead organizational development.
Implement policies and procedures that improve workflow and business operations.
Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to maintain competitiveness.
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements:
Master’s or PhD in Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology Management.
Minimum of 15 years of work experience for a Master’s degree holder.
Minimum of 6 years of work experience for a PhD holder.
Proven track record in corporate management and strategic leadership.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
