The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our company's management and assessment processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and management of the company’s operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve company efficiency and productivity.

• Oversee the assessment process to enhance performance and decision-making.

• Ensure alignment of corporate objectives with operational activities.

• Foster a strong corporate culture and lead organizational development.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology Management.

• Minimum of 15 years of work experience for a Master’s degree holder.

• Minimum of 6 years of work experience for a PhD holder.

• Proven track record in corporate management and strategic leadership.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
