Grade: XV

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilites:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for trucks and heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the maintenance workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Ensure all trucks and machinery comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Manage maintenance budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality servicing.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of mechanics, technicians, and maintenance staff.
Work closely with transport, logistics, and operations teams to ensure availability of vehicles and machinery.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Auto electrician, Service & Engine Mechanics or in a related field of study
Experience: 6 years for Bachelor's Degree and 12 years for Diploma
