Duties and Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for trucks and heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Oversee the maintenance workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Ensure all trucks and machinery comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

• Manage maintenance budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality servicing.

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of mechanics, technicians, and maintenance staff.

• Work closely with transport, logistics, and operations teams to ensure availability of vehicles and machinery.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Auto electrician, Service & Engine Mechanics or in a related field of study

• Experience: 6 years for Bachelor's Degree and 12 years for Diploma
