Job Description
As a Junior Customer Service officer at Ahununu Trading plc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and managing front desk operations.

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide accurate information about our services, shipping rates, and delivery times.
Assist clients with tracking and managing their shipments.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Manage and distribute outgoing mail and packages.
Report daily sales and customer interactions to the supervisor or designated personnel.
Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a related field of study
Experience: 0 - 2 years of working experience
