Job Description

As a Junior Customer Service officer at Ahununu Trading plc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and managing front desk operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information about our services, shipping rates, and delivery times.

  • Assist clients with tracking and managing their shipments.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

  • Manage and distribute outgoing mail and packages.

  • Report daily sales and customer interactions to the supervisor or designated personnel.

  • Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a related field of study

  • Experience: 0 - 2 years of working experience
