Responsible for all plants maintenance, Erection/dismantling, mobilization/demobilization, commissioning. Production and follow-up the production will be both for internal and external customers meeting the standard quality and quantity, safety, environment, performance, human resources, plant’s image and community relations. Duties will include accomplishing overall departmental goals, daily issues that arise within department and projects while maintaining appropriate information relating to sourcing and fleet equipment.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Lead project planning and execution phases, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Oversee and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the plant.

• Prepares plan for erection/dismantling, mobilization/demobilization of plants.

• Take quarry assessment for the company owns production contracts

• Controls a proper system of production control with continuous production, Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for plant and equipment operation.

• Develop/run/analyze productivity and operational reports.

• Concerned with maintaining required quality of the product.

• Manage and control plant's utilization and productivity;

• Lead the Erection/Dismantling of plants to the place where production will be taken or from the project where production works has been completed

• Meet and control the quality/Gradation/ of produced products on a constant basis.

• Plan/develop and propose how to maximize the output of the produced product.

• Maintain production records in accordance with company laws, policy or regulation; inventory state inspection.

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.

• Review/process purchase requisitions for parts used for the plant.

• Coach and Train employees.

• To ensure that all teams and coaches are equipped and presentable for the forthcoming.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.

• Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.

• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study

• Experience: 8 years of working experience
