Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, bread, cookies, and pastries.

• Design and update dessert menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and sanitation.

• Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.

• Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and bakers.

• Create customized cakes and pastries for weddings, birthdays, and special events.

• Ensure baking equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to complement main courses with desserts.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Food Preparation or in a related field of study

• Experience: 2 - 3 years of Proven experience in Food Preparation, specially in Bakery & Pastry is mandatory.
