NOL Intermedical PLC is a leading provider of advanced medical equipment in Ethiopia, specializing in high-quality diagnostic and treatment technologies. We’re expanding our orthopedic portfolio and looking for a motivated Sales Representative with orthopedic expertise to join our growing team.

Position: Sales Representative – Orthopedic Set and Implant

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (with regional travel)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell orthopedic Sets and Implant to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.

• Conduct product demos and provide technical support.

• Manage leads, prepare proposals, and engage in tenders.

• Achieve sales targets and provide market feedback.

• Represent the company at industry events.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanics, Orthopedic Technology, Scrab Nursing (with OR specialization)

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedic sets and implant sales or medical device sales, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic implants and surgical instruments

• Strong technical knowledge of orthopedic Set and Implant, including trauma implants, joint replacements, braces, surgical tools, and rehabilitation equipment.

• Familiarity with orthopedic surgeries and surgical instruments is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.
