Overview: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Sales & Tender Executive to manage institutional sales and tender activities. The role involves identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive tenders, and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients to drive long-term growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management & Proposal Development:

  • Identify new tender opportunities in both public and private sectors.

  • Prepare and compile bid documents, proposals, and pricing schedules according to submission requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.

  • Track tender results and maintain organized records for all submitted bids.

  • Corporate Sales Development:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote company products and secure bulk orders.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to organizational needs.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close profitable deals.

  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into long-term clients

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

  • Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain positive business relationships.

  • Gather feedback and market intelligence to support product positioning and competitive strategy.

  • Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, tenders, and client communications.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing sales performance and upcoming opportunities.

  • Provide input on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 years

  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience and understanding of B2B sales including tenders and bids

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the electronics, home appliances, or wholesale distribution sectors.

  • Experience with e-commerce tools and digital marketing strategies
