Position: Logistics officer

Quantity Required: 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate documentation required for customs clearance (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for the movement of goods by sea, air, and land.

• Maintain organized records of all shipping, customs, and logistics documents.

• Communicate with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) for coordination of logistics activities.

• Monitor transportation and customs-related costs to support budgeting and cost reduction efforts.

• Assist with inventory planning and stock-level tracking as required.

• Track shipments from origin to final destination and ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, management, accounting and finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Minimum Years of Experience: Fresh graduate, 2025

• Graduate from recognized governmental university

• Must good in English language communication
