As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Engineering Intern with a background in any engineering field to join our team. The Engineering Intern will assist the Strategic and Initiative Department by providing technical expertise, implementing solutions, and supporting various departmental needs. This role is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a professional environment. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into the engineering and operational aspects of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of technical solutions to support departmental initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.

  • Support the coordination and execution of projects within the Strategic and Initiative Department.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to support decision-making.

  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and proposals.

  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the department as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Engineering (Any field: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).

  • Experience: 0 years of working experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but a plus):

  • Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.

  • Experience in research, data analysis, or technical writing.
