Job Description
Lawyers provide legal advice to clients and act on their behalf in legal proceedings and in compliance with the law. They research for, interpret and study cases to represent their clients in a variety of settings such as courts and administrative boards.
Advise on legal matters related to business operations, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
A part-time Lawyer: with a minimum five (5) years of experience in business law, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business operations and will provide legal guidance on various matters, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
Strong understanding of contract law and compliance issues.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
