Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as Junior Cyber Security Engineer and Testing Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,  ICT for Communications or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - To equip system users and trainers with clear, practical, and user-friendly documentation and the knowledge to effectively operate and train others on the developed software. - To develop a complete User Manual and other related documents for the developed software. - To prepare training materials and deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying issues and troubleshooting connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet).  - Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, assisting internal staff and external customers with a wide range of hardware, software, and application issues. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and software.
