Motorcycle driving license with relevant work experience Requirements: - Has good manners, communicates and performs his work with good behavior - Who can present guarantee (the type of gurantee is a government employee/bank employee) - Preferable if he knows the different roads and gauges of Addis Ababa (for speed) - Communication skills and good manners - Maintains the motorcycle as well as other assets entrusted to the organization in a responsible manner, cleanly and carefully - Licensed to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well as holidays

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Travel Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in a travel agency or similar role. Booking Systems Proficiency: Experience with the Emirates portal, Galileo Travelport GDS, and other booking systems. Duties & Responsibilites: - Customer Interaction: Assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with flight bookings, ticket reservations, and travel inquiries. - Booking Systems: Use booking systems, including the Emirates portal and Galileo Travelport GDS, to manage flight reservations and ticket issuance. - Social Media Engagement: Address customer inquiries and concerns from social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. - Visa Services: Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding visa applications and requirements. - Travel Packages: Offer and sell travel packages, including accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
