The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on our flower farm, ensuring efficient production, healthy plant growth, and the timely delivery of high-quality flowers. This role involves supervising farm workers, planning and executing production tasks using structured and statistical methods, and ensuring production targets are met. Candidates with experience in garment industry supervision are encouraged to apply, as skills in production planning and performance-based leadership are highly valued.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor flower growth, soil health, irrigation systems, and pest/disease control

• Lead and supervise farm workers, assign daily tasks, and ensure performance standards are met

• Maintain quality standards for flower appearance and health prior to harvesting

• Manage tools, fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation systems efficiently

• Coordinate cutting, packaging, and storage to ensure market readiness

• Track planting schedules, yields, and farm-related expenses

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Degree or certification in Horticulture, Floriculture, Agriculture, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in flower farm supervision or related agricultural field; experience in garment industry supervision will also be considered

• Skills: Strong leadership, plant care knowledge, problem-solving ability, and basic operation of farm machinery
