DASGUZO is a modern, user-friendly car rental platform developed by DAS Technologies LLC. We connect car owners with individuals and businesses in need of short and long-term car rentals across Ethiopia. With our upcoming launch, we're building a passionate team that will drive growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.

We’re now hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead partner onboarding, customer acquisition, and market launch strategy. If you’re a sharp operator with a bias for action, strong B2B skills, and a track record of hitting growth targets — this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a B2B strategy to onboard local car rental companies, individual fleet owners, and independent car operators

  • Build a pipeline of leads through outreach, partnerships, cold calls, and site visits.

  • Pitch the platform’s benefits, onboard vehicle partners, and grow active listings.

  • Manage CRM and sales reporting tools for accurate tracking of outreach and conversion.

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, referral) to attract new users (renters) to the platform

  • Run local influencer and ambassador programs to build trust and excitement.

  • Support launch events, community activations, and co-marketing partnerships.

  • Optimize sign-up, conversion, and retention flows based on user feedback.

Team Development & KPI Ownership

  • Hire and coach SDRs or field agents to grow outreach and sales velocity.

  • Set, track, and exceed KPIs related to car acquisition, user growth, and activation.

  • Work closely with product and ops teams to feed market insights into feature development and service improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (marketplace or mobility experience is a plus)

  • Strong B2B communication skills — persuasive, clear, and confident

  • Experience launching or growing user-driven platforms (tech startup or SME scale-up is a bonus)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable) and digital marketing basics

  • Comfortable leading a small team and rolling up your sleeves

  • Strong local market knowledge — understands how small fleet operators think and work

  • Highly goal-oriented, organized, and a self-starter

  • Experience in launching or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in Amharic and English is required.

  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
