The Finishing Works Supervisor (CDC Material Production) job involves supervising and coordinating finishing activities in a production setting, ensuring that all finishing work meets quality standards, project specifications, and deadlines. This role includes managing teams, overseeing quality control, maintaining safety compliance, managing materials, and resolving issues during the finishing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing material production and installation works, ensuring quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works and activities to meet quality standards and production targets.

• Manage and support a team of workers performing finishing tasks including inspection, finishing operations, packaging, and handling of materials.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.

• Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless workflow during production.

• Maintain production records, manage inventory of finishing materials, and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in finishing works or material production

• Strong quality control, coordination, and team management skills
