Job Description

Assistant HR Officer supports the Human Resources department by assisting with daily operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks. They help implement HR policies, coordinate recruitment processes, and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Help coordinate training and development programs for staff.

  • Support payroll processing and monitor attendance records.

  • Address employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Edcuation: Human Resource Management or Related Field 

  • Experience: 3 years for Bachelor's Degree and 4 years for Diploma
