Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our finance department. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable and receivable, as well as general ledger maintenance and financial record-keeping.
Required Number: 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
He/she will also run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
Good communication skills and give attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level 4 in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study
Experience: 0 year for Bachelor's and 3 years for TVET
