Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our finance department. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable and receivable, as well as general ledger maintenance and financial record-keeping.

Required Number: 2

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.

  • Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.

  • He/she will also run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

  • Good communication skills and give attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level 4 in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study

  • Experience: 0 year for Bachelor's and 3 years for TVET
