Job Description
We are looking for a highly proactive, experienced IT and Software Marketing Director with 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, capable of developing impactful marketing strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, driving brand awareness, and delivering measurable business growth. Your primary mission will be to generate and convert leads into sales by identifying and engaging with the right buyers, clearing company stock, and meeting aggressive business development goals.
Strategic Planning & Market Insight:
Align marketing strategies with the company's business goals.
Conduct market research to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
Define and analyze target audiences to optimize marketing outreach.
Evaluate current marketing performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
Lead Generation, Decision-Maker Engagement & Sales Execution:
Actively identify, reach out to, and meet with key decision-makers in target client organizations.
Build strong relationships with B2B and B2C buyers and local businesses to drive product movement.
Promote the company profile to open doors for new partnerships and sales.
Ensure complete clearance of company stocks by executing high-impact marketing and sales strategies.
Marketing Campaigns, Brand Visibility & Digital Presence:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence to enhance professional visibility and engagement.
Regularly update and optimize the company’s websites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO performance.
Create high-quality, targeted content to generate interest and leads.
Utilize tools like email marketing, social media, SEO, and local outreach.
Align all marketing efforts with the sales team to maximize effectiveness.
Business Development & Client Engagement:
Initiate and lead client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Represent the company at relevant events and networking opportunities.
Identify and seize new opportunities that align with business objectives.
Ensure client retention through consistent engagement and support.
Marketing Team Leadership:
Build, train, and manage the marketing team or coordinate with external support when needed.
Develop a results-driven team structure and culture.
Oversee team performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monthly & Weekly Performance Goals:
Set and deliver on aggressive monthly and weekly targets for sales
Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Expereince: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT/software marketing and business development.
Strong ability to build relationships and close deals with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Demonstrated success in driving both B2C and B2B sales.
Skilled in strategic planning, digital marketing, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing LinkedIn and website content as part of an integrated marketing strategy.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and outreach.
