Job Description
Assist in developing, implementing and testing of cloud-based solutions. Assist in establishing internal communication and collaboration. Assist with incident management and development incident management procedures. Support developing documentation of design, deployment and operational guides.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and software.
Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, or electronically.
Assist in the implementation of ICT projects and initiatives.
Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., backups, updates, system checks).
Help maintain inventory and documentation of ICT systems.
Contribute to the improvement of ICT processes and procedures.
