A Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems within an organization, focusing on both preventative and corrective maintenance strategies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and develop solutions to prevent recurrence. 

• Creating maintenance schedules, defining repair procedures, and establishing preventative maintenance plans to minimize unexpected failures and downtime. 

• Reliability engineers monitor and analyze data to identify trends, potential problems, and areas for improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance practices. 

• Work to enhance the reliability of equipment, reduce maintenance costs, and optimize overall system performance. 

• Offer guidance and training to maintenance personnel on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new technologies. 

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 2 Years in relevant work experience With continuous Process industries.
