Job Description
A Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems within an organization, focusing on both preventative and corrective maintenance strategies
Required Number: 2
Work Location: Bishooftuu
Employment: Permanent
Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
Creating maintenance schedules, defining repair procedures, and establishing preventative maintenance plans to minimize unexpected failures and downtime.
Reliability engineers monitor and analyze data to identify trends, potential problems, and areas for improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
Work to enhance the reliability of equipment, reduce maintenance costs, and optimize overall system performance.
Offer guidance and training to maintenance personnel on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new technologies.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 2 Years in relevant work experience With continuous Process industries.
