Job Description

Leading the design and execution of landscape architecture projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.

Required Number: 2

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed designs for planting plans, grading, irrigation, and hardscape layouts. Develop high-quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models, and use industry-standard software such a Revit.

  • Leading the design process for landscape projects, developing concepts, and producing detailed plans and specifications for hardscapes, softscapes, planting, and irrigation. 

  • Managing all aspects of assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities, ensuring project objectives are aligned and client satisfaction is achieved. 

  • Incorporating sustainable practices, such as water-efficient landscapes and climate-adaptive designs, into all projects. 

  • Providing technical guidance on landscape design principles, materials, and construction methods, ensuring designs are feasible and meet industry standards. 

  • Conducting site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions. 

  • Overseeing the construction phase, reviewing contractor work, and ensuring design integrity during implementation. 

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Educational Background in a related field of study

  • Experience: 5 years
