Job Description
Leading the design and execution of landscape architecture projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed designs for planting plans, grading, irrigation, and hardscape layouts. Develop high-quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models, and use industry-standard software such a Revit.
Leading the design process for landscape projects, developing concepts, and producing detailed plans and specifications for hardscapes, softscapes, planting, and irrigation.
Managing all aspects of assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities, ensuring project objectives are aligned and client satisfaction is achieved.
Incorporating sustainable practices, such as water-efficient landscapes and climate-adaptive designs, into all projects.
Providing technical guidance on landscape design principles, materials, and construction methods, ensuring designs are feasible and meet industry standards.
Conducting site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions.
Overseeing the construction phase, reviewing contractor work, and ensuring design integrity during implementation.
