Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise QA/QC activities for larger projects, including quality testing and documentation.
Develop and review quality management plans (QMPs) and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Conduct supplier and subcontractor to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
Address and resolve complex non-conformities and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Experience: 3 years of working experience
Strong understanding of construction materials and quality standards.
Proficiency in quality management systems and processes.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Technical skills:
Knowledge of quality control techniques,
Quality management systems,
Auditing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, and continuous improvement are also crucial for success in this role
