Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and operate audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, and cameras (as needed).

• Ensure proper cabling and connections for all audio-visual equipment.

• Manage and adjust audio and visual settings to optimize sound quality, picture clarity, and overall presentation effectiveness.

• Troubleshoot technical problems with audio-visual equipment and identify solutions.

• Assist with the operation of presentation software and other multimedia tools.

• Maintain and perform basic cleaning of audio-visual equipment.

• Pack up and store audio-visual equipment after events.

• Collaborate with event organizers and presenters to understand their needs and ensure successful execution of presentations.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures when setting up and operating equipment.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Technical Training or Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics or in a related field of study
