We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
The Receptionist plays a crucial role in making a great first impression, ensuring all guests, clients, and employees feel valued and supported. This position requires a warm and approachable personality, excellent communication skills, fluent English language skill and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office setting.

Front Desk Operations:
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and other records.
Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Liaise with staff and departments to relay messages and information accurately.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Education: Educational background in COTM or civil engineering field (additional qualifications are a plus).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role.
Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
