A chemical engineer/production manager is a professional who specializes in the application of engineering principles to various chemical processes and production operations. They are responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and safe production of chemicals or chemical products.

The role combines the technical knowledge of a chemical engineer with the organizational and managerial skills of a production manager. Some of the common job responsibilities include:
