As a Project Manager within the Strategic Initiatives Department, responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, ensuring projects meet budget constraints and quality standards, and working with Business Units to achieve Strategic Initiatives. This role involves providing regular project updates, assisting in business development, and managing project communication artifacts. Additionally, tasks include monitoring budgets, staffing needs, and legal requirements, working with consultants for investment opportunities, and leading status review meetings. Project Managers also train and motivate teams, address technical issues, and leverage internal resource
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, risks, success measures, and resource requirements.
Ensure projects remain within scope, meet budgetary constraints, adhere to schedules, and maintain high-quality standards.
Work with each Business Unit teams in order to archive Strategic Initiatives that is planned on the company strategic plan.
Participate and bring creative solution to Business units’ issues that is provided on the monthly Strategic Initiatives meetings.
Develop and manage project communication artifacts such as charters, schedules, and budgets with in all project management process
Provide regular project status updates to all stakeholders and actively solicit feedback from customers and project teams.
Assist in business development efforts by creating project proposals, estimates, and schedules.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as presenting the works at the Annual Business Unit Performance Evaluations.
Documentation and Data Security of all projects under the Strategic Team.
Monitor project budgets, staffing needs, key metrics, and legal requirements.
Work with consultants to bring the maximum output when it comes to investment opportunities.
Plan, schedule, monitor, report on project activities including subcontractor management.
Establish project criteria metrics and control procedures while managing operational plan changes.
Lead status review meetings with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Train, manage, motivate the project team while resolving conflicts as needed.
Address technical and operational issues to ensure project success.
Leverage existing internal resources in project implementation
Excellent project management skills including prioritization and documentation.
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in project tracking technologies.
Experience with different project management frameworks.
Technical understanding to define requirements through a project lifecycle.
Analytical skills to manage shifting priorities effectively.
Willingness to mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
Proficiency in project management software programss for successful project implementation.
Masters or BS degree in project Management or related fields
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in corporate company.
Candidate with PMI or PMP certification preferred.
