Chief Surveyor responsible for overseeing all surveying activities to ensure accurate measurements, layout, and alignment of structures according to design specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Survey Planning & Execution: Lead and coordinate all surveying tasks on-site, ensuring proper layout and alignment.

• Data Collection & Analysis: Use modern surveying technology (GPS, Total Stations, etc.) to collect and analyze data.

• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with surveying standards and resolve discrepancies in measurements.

• Team Management: Supervise and train surveyors, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of surveys, measurements, and site progress.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate findings with engineers and project managers to support construction accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level 4 in Surveying or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince

• Experience: 7 years of working experience
