Job Description
ዝርዝር ተግባራት
በተመደበበት የሥራ ቦታ በሰዓቱ መገኘትና ተገቢውን የሥራ ልብስና የአደጋ መከላከያ በማድረግ ይዘጋጃል፤
የተመደበበትን የማምረቻ ማሽኑንና አካባቢውን ያጸዳል፣ ማሽኑን ያሟሙቃል፤
ተቀጽላዎችንና ግብዓቶችን በማሟላት፣ ማሽኑ በትክክል የሚሠራ መሆኑን በማጋገጥ የምርት ትዕዛዝ ይቀበላል፤
ለሚፈለገው ምርት የሚሆነውን ግብአት በተገቢው መጠን እንዲቀርብ በማድረግ በማምረቻ ማሽኑ ላይ ይጭናል፤
በትዕዛዙ መሠረት ሥራውን ለመጀመር አስፈላጊው ሁሉ መሟላቱን መስተካከሉን በማረጋገጥ ማሽኑን ያስነሳል፤
የምርቱን ሂደት፣ ጥራትና ደረጃ እንዲሁም የማሽኑን ደህንነት ይከታተላል፣ ይቆጣጠራል፣ ልዩነቶች ሲከሰቱ ያስተካክላል፤
ያመረተውን ምርት ጽዳትና ደህንነቱን ጠብቆ እንደሁኔታው ያስረክባል ወይም ለሚቀጥለው የምርት ሂደት በተገቢው ሥርዓት ያስተላልፋል፣ በተከታታይ የምርት ሂደት የሚተላለፍ ከሆነም በሚፈለገው ሁኔታ መተላለፉን ይከታተላል ያረጋግጣል፤
የማምረቻ የማሽኑን የምርት ሰዓትና መጠን እንዲሁም የምርት ግብዓቶች ዓይነትና መጠን በተገቢው ቅጽ ይመዘግባል፤
በምርት ሂደት በሰው ሕይወትና ንብረት አደጋ እንዳይደርስ ተገቢውን ጥንቃቄና ክትትል ያደርጋል፤
የማሽን ብልሽት ሲያጋጥም ያስተካክላል ወይም ከአቅም በላይ ከሆነ ለቅርብ አለቃው በማሳወቅ እንዲጠገን ያደርጋል፤
ማሽኑ በጥገና ባለሙያዎች በሚጠገንበት ጊዜ አብሮ ይሠራል፤
ማሽኑ በማይሰራበት ጊዜ በውሃ እንዲታጠብና ተገቢው ዘይትና ቅባት እንዲደረግበት እንዲሁም አካባቢው እንዲፀዳ ያደርጋል፤
በተጨማሪም ሌሎች ከቅርብ ሃላፊው የሚሠጡ የስራ ትዕዛዞችን ያከናውናል፡፡
ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃና የሥራ ልምድ
ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ተቋም በጠቅላላ መካኒክ በቀድሞው የትምህርት ፖሊሲ12+1 ወይም በአዲሱ10+2 ዲፕሎማ፣ ወይም በቀድሞው የትምህርት ፖሊሲ 12ኛ ክፍል ወይም በአዲሱ 10ኛ ያጠናቀቀ እና የ2ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ፤
