As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing bakery production operations during your assigned shift. This includes supervising production staff, ensuring product quality and food safety, optimizing line efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in a highly automated setting.

Working time: - day and night shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise production lines and team during daily operations

•  Lead shift handovers and ensure clear communication between shifts and departments

• Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and functioning effectively to prevent downtime and costly repairs. 

• Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the factory, including compliance with government regulations

•  Analyze operational performance and provide improvement strategies

Job Requirements:

• Education: BSc Degree in industrial and manufacturing or related field of study with extensive experience in production, with essential skills

• Experience: Minimum years of experience: - 2 years and more

Required Skills:

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team. 

• Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and management

•  Computer skills

• Technical Skills: Experience and technical skills in baking and bakery operations

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve short-term and long-term operational issues. 

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills for managing diverse operational aspects.
