Job Description

Based in Addis Ababa, the Impact Manager will lead the monitoring and evaluation of the “Scaling Local Effective Solutions for Children’s Wellbeing” program launched in Ethiopia in 2017 and funded by IKEA with the aim to improve early childhood care and development as well as learning outcomes for children of school-going age.

Support with the monitoring and evaluation processes in seven countries in our Africa region, working closely with both social entrepreneurs and Reach for Change Programs, Fundraising and Communications Teams.

He/She must have an entrepreneurial mindset and care deeply about improving the lives of children, women and youth.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in a performance monitoring and/or evaluation role with an international development organization.
• Must have a BA/ BSc Degree in business, economics, public administration or a related discipline.
