Our Flagship Project:  Employment promotion for young graduates 

The Employment Promotion for Fresh Graduates project is aimed at tackling the range of professional capability challenges that young graduates lack which renders them unfit for employment, through a holistic, job seeker-centered professional development intervention. The major components of this approach are employability skills development and fresh graduate support services, and employer - job seeker interface. These activities are to be carried out at a center in a physical location with strong links to an online digital system.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Then here's an opportunity for you! The Talent Firm has organized a two-week long Employability skills training for young graduates in Addis Ababa, with potential placement at the end of the training. Graduates will be trained in the areas of Communications, CV writing and Job search, Interview Skills, Corporate work culture and other topics relevant to their field of study and career choice.
