 Currently, we are seeking External Relations Manger with high level of experience enthusiasm, and resilience in consultancy firms.

 General Tasks, Duties and Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Create Frontieri external relations and branding plans and strategies;
  • Improve the quality and quantity  of company’s voice via different online and offline channels;
  • Serve as company’s image and  first contact person;
  •  Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR releases;
  •  Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings;
  • Organize and oversee company events such as open day, seminars; conferences, workshops, staff meetings and recreations etc.
  • Suggest effective ways of peacefully  resolving any internal or external disputes;
  • Conduct research and analyze client and public opinion;
  • Work on partnership and diversification ventures;
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships with key reporters;
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management;
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including public affairs offices;
  • customers  and professional societies; 
  •  Shape and communicate Frontieri vision and mission;
  • Analyze Branding/re-branding positioning and customer insights;
  • Translate re-branding elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;
  • Work closely with a team of communications working on brand/ re-branding initiatives;
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience/client to “take action''
  • Measure and report performance of all re-branding campaigns and assess KPIs;
  • Monitor and  research client’s demands and competitors’ activities;
  • Monitor Frontieri service accessibility and client reactions;
  • Devise innovative marketing  growth and profit strategies;
  • Align  the company around the re-brand direction, choices and tactics;
  • Developing strategies and managing different campaigns across print;
  • broadcast and online platforms to ensure that services meet client’s expectations;
  • Organizing and supervising advertising and promotion, design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding;
  • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple divisions;
  • Handle other activities assigned  by immediate supervisor etc.

Job Requirements

  • MA/ BA in Public relations or Journalism and Communication, Marketing or any other related field, 3 years for MA and over 7 years for BA.
  • Previous working experience as Public Relations /Branding /Re -branding Manger or Specialist 
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR and Branding/Re- branding campaigns 

Technical and Other skills

  • Excellent ability to communicate in writing and speaking
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on several projects at once
  • Enthusiastic about Frontieri  service area
  • Positive attitude and strength as a team player
  • Have an instinctive feeling about future service concepts
  • Have a good analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Be a good listener and able to respond to results and client research
  • Excellent understanding of the full branding mix etc.
  •   Applicable knowledge in copy writing and editing
  •   Experience with diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
  •   Advanced user of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel etc.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management experience
  • Ability to facilitate, maintain and manage good working relationships between Frontieri and Clients
  •   Willing to relocate
  • Experience with data quality assurance operations and methodologies is a plus
  • Experience developing testing scripts and end-user documentation is a plus
  • Graphic design skill is a plus
  • Neat and clean-cut physical appearance is also plus
