Responsibilities:
- Make credit decisions within assigned authority
- Initiate process improvement & quality reviews to simplify & improve productivity
- Accountable for the entire granting process, periodic credit review & assessment of credit worthiness
- Introduce new products & promote through regular visits & communication with members
- Manage operations & productivity of credit life insurance
- Resolve credit issues with customers
- Develop management reporting
- Supervise & coordinate credit & insurance teams
Job Requirement
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Cooperative Accounting & Auditing, Accounting, Accounting & Finance or related field.
Language Requirements
- Able to Read, Write , speak & Listen Afaan Oromo,Amariffaa & English language skill
Work Experience
- BA minimum of 6 years working experience in Finance, Cooperative Accounting & Auditing, Accounting , Accounting & Finance relative to SACCO.
- Experience in cooperative Agencyis advantages
Additional Requirements:-
- Proven work experience as a saving & credit or similar role
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Leadership abilities
- Knowledge of credit life insurance
- Basic Computer skill
- Good interpersonal skills
