East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Innovation & Commercialization Manager. The job holder will be responsible to develop and execute marketing strategies and integrated programs for profitable growth. The role will increase the long-term value of adjacent brands and new innovations. The position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver the approved innovation pipeline products on time
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a complete commercial proposition
• Deliver a complete commercial proposition to the sales team to execute
• Manage the business relationship with the adjacent business partners
• Develop the adjacent category business commercial propositions
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing team to develop Picture of Success for new products & adjacent categories
• Develop budgets and allocations with adjacent category partners
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on right manufacturing or import options

• First Degree in Business related fields with a minimum of 5 years Innovation & Commercialization experience
• Experience in managerial role
• Experience in FMCG Industry
• Business and commercial acumen
• Relevant systems and analytics experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
