Job Requirement
Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
- B.A Degree in Management/Procurement & Supplies Management or related fields
- 4 year related work experience
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the use of computer,
- 2nd grade driving license(Desirable)
- Good Communication Skill
- Supervisory skills,
- Interpersonal skill
Description of Duties:
- Preparing and sending quotation requests for suppliers and collect price quotations on time;
- Being a contact person for items to be purchased,
- Follow the company vehicles status such as ensuring their timely insurance renewal ; annual inspection and registration, regular repairs and general maintenance
- Arrange for maintenance of office equipment
- Supervising drivers and other non-clerical staffs
- other related duties as required
