Job Requirement

Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

  • B.A Degree in Management/Procurement & Supplies Management or related fields
  • 4 year related work experience

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of computer,
  • 2nd grade driving license(Desirable)
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Supervisory skills,
  • Interpersonal skill

Description of Duties:

  • Preparing and sending quotation requests for suppliers and collect price quotations on time;
  • Being  a contact person for items to be purchased,
  • Follow the company vehicles status such as ensuring their timely insurance renewal ; annual inspection and registration, regular repairs and general maintenance
  • Arrange for maintenance of office equipment
  • Supervising drivers and other non-clerical staffs
  • other related duties as required
