Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and follow through on calls with current and prospective customers
- Prioritize and facilitate customers’ requests according to urgencies and sales needs
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a sales team
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers
- Inform customers on current promotion activities and discounts
- Respond to customers’ requests accurately
- Advise customers on suitable produces/services that best suit their needs
- Work out detailed sales plans/strategies to promote new products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain positive business - customer relationships in the effort to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review
- Source and work customer referrals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Monitor work performances and timely fill gaps to address customers’ needs
Requirements
Academic qualification
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Management
Additional qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential (local regional language is an additional asset)
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skill
- Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic
- Negotiation skill
- Sales promotion and assessment skills
Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields
