Job Description
Job Summary
The purposes of this job is to perform technical and professional accounting work in the preparation and maintenance of journal vouchers, accounting records, subsidiary and general ledger entries, fixed asset records, payroll, financial statements and reports supervision.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required:
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance, Management or in related Business fields.
Minimum Work Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as an Officer.
Additional Skills:
- Skills in account closing, budget Preparations, Taxing system of the country, Banking payment system, Software’s like Oracle and Flex Cube;
- Skills in prioritizing tasks and work under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Considerable knowledge of the Bank’s financial policies and procedures;
- Ability to coordinate and supervise the work of subordinates;
- Ability to understand coding structure of the bank and closing of accounts etc.
