Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Job Summary
• The purpose of this job is to assist the division manager in the development of engineering service strategy, policies and procedures, plan, budget, and report of the engineering service division; to evaluate property for collateral and foreclosure; to study prices of construction materials, to prepare specifications for major maintenance and building construction works and supervision of the work.; to prepare and submit reports on the collateral estimation and suggest course of action to be taken and other assignments given by the immediate supervisor.

Educational Qualification Required:
• BSc in Civil Engineering or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience:
• 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years as an Officer or in equivalent level.
Additional Skills:
• On Basics of banking (knowledge of Bank products and services);
• Construction management, collateral and asset valuation;
• Computer application skill;
• Emotional Intelligence;
• Data analysis and presentation skill;
• Good communication skills etc.
