Position: Vice President - Operations
Job Summary
• The purposes of the job is to formulate and propose strategies and policies; to plan, direct, and coordinate the functions of International Banking Department, Credit Department and Multichannel Banking Department of the bank; to ensures their effective operations and achievement of operations strategy of the bank; to oversee the International Banking, Credit, and Multichannel Banking services; to ensures that they are performing in line with the NBE’s regulations and the banks own policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification Required:
• MA/MBA/MSc in Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or in related Business fields.
Minimum Work Experience:
• 14 years of relevant Banking experience out of which 4 years as a Director.
Additional Skills:
• Skills in Customers Relationship Management, International Banking practices, Trade Finance, Performance Management, Strategic Management, Credit Management, Multichannel Banking and others;
• Strategic thinking, Strategic planning and Leadership skills;
• Knowledge and skill in organizing and leading business firms;
• Industry specific skills (products and services);
• People Management skills;
• Emotional Intelligence;
• Data analysis and presentation skill etc.
