JOB Summary

The jobholder provides support in the implementation and operation of the IT Service Management (SM) program, including the implementation of the SM-ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process and procedure development, deployment, and measurement. S/he supports integration of all service management practices in the delivery of IT services to departments and branches with the primary objective of delivering reliable, repeatable IT Service at the right service levels. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

Job Requirement

• Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field plus a Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in IT service management.
