JOB Summary

The job holder is responsible for support, repair and maintenance of desktop infrastructure including but not limited to Computers, laptops, Printers, scanners and other terminals. He/she will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. S/he also participates in network installations of various units and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments. A+ or cisco certifications are advantages.

Job Requirement

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, electrical Engineering, computer    Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 3(three) years of work experience in hardware and network troubleshooting relevant IT experiences.This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.
